The program was conducted in specific areas near facility branches in Imus, Paracale, Daet, and Boracay. Participating Parishes were:
1. Parroquia De Nuestra Señora De Candelaria,in Paracale Camarines Norte
2. St. John the Baptist Parish Church, in Daet Camarines Norte,
3. Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Parish Church, in Boracay Aklan
4. Our Lady of Pillar Chapel, in BayanLuna Imus Cavite.

The event offered free services and tests for total cholesterol, triglyceride, HDL (good cholesterol), LDL (bad cholesterol), Non HDL, and Cholesterol ratio. The event added additional medical services with additional charges.

The project aimed to reach 100 patients in each branch upon operation. Meanwhile, Vicente-Isabel was able to serve more than half the expected population with the majority of senior citizens.
